12th April: Shared Services - So you really want to share?
This one day workshop will be held in conjunction with SOLACE Enterprises. After years of slow progress, there is a flood of new shared services that are demonstrating just how much can be achieved.  However, shared services are not an easy option, as the high-profile collapse of some partnerships has demonstrated.  This one-day programme takes a realistic and pragmatic look at what they can achieve, the pitfalls and how to make them work. For more information on the topic areas covered in this workshop, please click here.

As this one day workshop is being held in conjunction with SOLACE Enterprises, please contact them directly to register.

13th April: Outsourcing and Joint Ventures - Harnessing the Market

Local government in the UK has led the world in its use of the private sector, harnessing its expertise to deliver service improvements, inward investment and reduced costs. Despite the successes, the experience has not always been positive for both sides.  In this one-day programme, we help authorities to understand the market better – and the changes needed to become a good client and to get the most out of private sector partners.
