Following the success of its London office, particularly within the public sector, EightyTwenty Insight entered the Australian market mid 2009.

The primary focus for this office is to help clients access and engage with local government in a way that achieves benefits for both, and the broader community.

This involves:

• Helping the federal government clarify the purpose and outcome of their engagement with local government and the activities that they need to undertake to get there. 
• Assisting with the design of an organisations’ engagement strategy and supporting them through the delivery process. 
• Coaching an organisations’ internal staff, building their internal internal capacity and knowledge so that they are able to utilise these skills for similar projects in the future.
• Developing tool kits to assist local government, such as our shared services toolkit and the NSW Planning toolkit.
• Where relevant, sharing the experiences and lessons from the UK practice.
